beauty - I wish I would lose 30 lbs a month.... my experience says differently. I lost about 20 the first month - and I'm approaching the end of my 2nd month and I have been extremely faithful to the program AND have kicked up my exercise dramatically and have lost 12 lbs so far (with about 5 days to go).... I have also seen others posts and the weight slows down - sort of like slow and steady. My first post op appt. my doc said the first 1/2 of the weight loss (in my case 50 lbs) is from the surgery alone, the last half is from what I do for myself (eating and exercising right). Let me know how the trend continues for you... I guess everyone is different, so I wish you a safe and speedy loss :-)

Looks like we are similar in our weight and loss. How tall are you?

Welcome! I would have loved to have had my surgery at Emory. I live right around the corner from the hospital. My insurance didn't cover WLS so I had to hike it to Mexico. How are you doing? :)

Im doing good. Im now 2 weeks out. Everyday things are getting better. I just went back to work yesterday and that is going fine too. When did you have surgery?

Im 2 1/2 weeks out and hit my first stall too!!! Grrrr.

yep - I hit mine about then - it may have been at 3 weeks - I promise it will pass - I know it is frustrating... I think it is your body's way of "catching up"... hang in there!
