Hi ,I had my surgery in March,I have lost about 90 lbs your doing great,I live in Woodstock my weight lost has really slowed down ,would love to be in a support group,I have sstarted water aerobics my doctor insist on exercise I have arthritis in my knees and back so walking is not a opition,I love the pool it feels wonderful. I am all for the support Betty
