    whom. I would think it may be lack of exercise, if you work to perfect every part of your body, you will win, strength training is key, look at every aspect you want to change and zero in on it like a bulls eye, I will tell you when I looked my best it was because of serious resistance training, u will not bulk as long as you do plenty of cardio! hope this helps good luck

  4. i have been stuck for a while even went back to drugs, phen, at surgery i was 297, now i am a consistent 255 260, cant seem.to drop. oit of the fifties, thats my goal today, I could really use some encouragement.

Hahaha let the clients motivate you, don't get all in to the compliment just be like, yeah I'm working on it, 25 to go, keep away from the miserable scale, it sounds like you need to try something different, maybe increase to 1500 calories, for two weeks, then drop to 900, your body us a regulator, it always wants to regulate itself. Your body needs a jolt, you will be fine.

  10. Shot out to all of you fabulous people who kicked my but and said stop the excuses, I have been doing amazing, Latin beat every Monday, controlling my diet, feeling great! I'm swearing off the scale, for a while I feel my self thinner and fabulous, great day and good luck to you all.
