  1. Not an issue.....hysterectomy in 2001. Wish I could use that as an excuse and have hope that it would go away. :-(
  2. Well....after a week of calories around 1,000 a day (under 1,100 5/7 and slightly over 2/7) and working out for an hour 6 out of 7 days, I have gained weight. So much for my plan. :-(

  4. I love the Chike Protein Coffee. I use 2 scoops in about 20 ounces of water instead of the 10 that the package says. It doesn't get thick like other ones that I've had. I've even made it in my blender bottle the night before and kept it in the fridge with no thickening. I order it off if Amazon.

  8. It's been over a year since I've lost any weight. I know it's my own fault. I eat things I shouldn't and don't move as much as I should. I am trying to change that and get rid of the last 30 pounds. I have been doing water aerobics and signed up for Pink Gloves Boxing. I started tracking my food again and aside from today (family gathering), I have been staying right at about 1,000 calories a day. My husband is quite tall and I'm only 5' so at some point in the next couple of days all the stuff I shouldn't have will go in the cupboard above the fridge. I really want to reach my goal....wish me luck. :-)

  17. Hmmmm.... Another 50 pounds? That would put me at 95 pounds. Not healthy for me. Maybe I should post a new picture. The old one was at 162 pounds.
  18. I tracked today....83 grams of Protein, 40 oz Water and 933 calories...no poptarts
  19. Thank you for all of your "kind" words. Lol I admit I was mentally tracking my food, but am going back to keeping a log. So far today....,130 calories from a Chike coffee protein drink. Not a fan of the other protein shakes, but LOVE the coffee one...20 grams of protein!!
  20. You guys crack me up. I'm am picturing how difficult it was for you to say that. lol
  21. I am almost a year out and have lost 109 pounds. I have about 25 more to go. I'M STUCK!!! I have losing and gaining the same 3 pounds since December. People keep telling me that I look good and are proud of me. I think it's making me lazy and not a careful as I should be. I think I need someone to tell me that I look horrible and that it looks like I never lost any weight. Maybe that will get my butt in gear. lol I want the rest of this albatross gone!!! Signed.... the idiot who bought PopTarts yesterday
  22. I had my surgery in February and have lost 85 pounds so far!!! Yay!!!! I am a high school teacher and just started school again. I am teaching 6 Foods courses (pause for recognition of irony). We have increased from 787 students to over 1,000 since Spring. We are expecting another influx after Labor Day. We are bursting at the seams and doing everything we can to meet the needs of the students. Ahhh the joys of living in the Bakken. I absolutely LOVE my job, but there is a high amount of stress right now. I know stalls are to be expected, but could my current stall be the result of the stress? Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
  23. Just made this. So yummy!!!!
  24. Here are the stats.....started out at 251 gained 3 pounds over Christmas got to 237 before surgery had bypass on February 13 presently 197.2 Am I on track, underachieving, or exceeding the norm?
