Protein Shakes

What brand did you all purchase in protein shakes? Also, did you all get them already made or did you all get the powder?

  • I love the Chike Protein Coffee. I use 2 scoops in about 20 ounces of water instead of the 10 that the package says. It doesn't get thick like other ones that I've had. I've even made it in my blender

I love the Chike Protein Coffee. I use 2 scoops in about 20 ounces of water instead of the 10 that the package says. It doesn't get thick like other ones that I've had. I've even made it in my blender bottle the night before and kept it in the fridge with no thickening. I order it off if Amazon. post-189437-14203169965176_thumb.jpgpost-189437-14203170341686_thumb.jpg

I haven't purchased any yet, but I am going to purchase the Nectar brand

RTD.... Premier Protein and Isopure. Did not like the isopure at all. 12+ months out still drinking Premier

powders that I like - Syntrax nectar, Syntrax Matrix, Spirutein, Muscle Milk, Un jury, Raw Fit, Raw Protein, Designer whey, Syntha-6.

Powders that I do not like.... Bariatric fusion, Bariatric Advantage

Mixed reviews (depending on flavor)....Jay Robb, Optimim Nutrition, Chike

I also use Torani syrups and fruit for an almost endless choice of Protein shake flavors.
