Is stress the problem?

I had my surgery in February and have lost 85 pounds so far!!! Yay!!!! I am a high school teacher and just started school again. I am teaching 6 Foods courses (pause for recognition of irony). We have increased from 787 students to over 1,000 since Spring. We are expecting another influx after Labor Day. We are bursting at the seams and doing everything we can to meet the needs of the students. Ahhh the joys of living in the Bakken. I absolutely LOVE my job, but there is a high amount of stress right now. I know stalls are to be expected, but could my current stall be the result of the stress? Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Stress can be a factor in your stall.

Just keep doing what your supposed to and give your body the time it needs to break this stall.

Good luck on a great school year

Any change in routine can shake up your body. Sooner or later you will break through it. Good luck!
