Yes, it can be hard. But it's not impossible. Like everything else in life, you get out of it what you put into it.

It does make me have to be more thoughtful of what I do, I generally plan my days food out in advance. Not much for me to grab & go with.

Just goes to show, if I can do it, then anybody can do it.
