2 Month Stall Finally Broken !

Recommended Posts

I have been in a COMPLETE stall for almost 2 months now. frustrated to know that I was eating right and still not losing weight. As of 3 weeks ago I amped up my workouts and started seeing a personal trainer once a week. I finally got the courage to step pon the scale and I have lost another 5 llbs !!!! only 6 more to go to get to onederland !!!!!

I have also been stalled for almost 2 months. I fluctuate up and down 5 pounds and it's driving me crazy. I have started jogging (only 1 mile-it's all I can do at this point) and I just gained another pound. How did you keep yourself motivated and keep from giving up. I'm quickly losing hope that I will ever lose weight again!

I totally stopped going on the scale. I just finished my time of the month so I decided to weight myself. I am always a few pounds heavier during that time also I fly at least twice a month and always have extra Water weight when I do. I am also trying to have my body tell me when I am hungry. not the MFP. I am eating less now then when I was using MFP. I still weigh my food and make smart choices but I am not as obsessed with it.

Thank you. Perhaps I need to let go a little. When it comes to the scale I'm obsessed! If the scale goes up at all I freak out. I usually gain about 4 lbs around my time of the month but then I struggle to lose it afterwards. It's very frustrating to gain 4 then only lose 2 then gain another 4. I think I'll try to stay off the scale for awhile and get myself a measuring tape instead.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
