Power Crunch Protien Bars

Recommended Posts

Just want to share with everyone Power Crunch bars....maybe they are under the food section but I didn't find it in my search anyway....I can't beliee I have forgotten about these until today! My fav is Peanut Butter crunch but I know they also come in other flavors. Anyway 200 cal, 5 fat, 10 carbs and 13g protien....and the best part is that they are SOOOOOO good, nice and soft wafers so it's melts easily and goes down easy :)

They sell them pretty much everywhere here in CA....7-11, grocery store, costco in bulk....

Hope you guys like em!

These are the only ones I eat. I do a half as a snack and I'm good. Here on the east coast I've found them at Walmart and Vitamin Shoppe.< /p>

These are my favorite bars too. Not heavy and chewy like some, and no nasty artificial sweetener aftertaste!

They are so good that I got addicted to them! That's ALL my body craved. I think it's the carbs. Getting addicted to them was bad news for me. Sent me on a 2 week downward spiral eating too many carbs and it was not fun pulling myself out of it. Craving were STRONG. So if you need to eat low carbs or are insulin sensitive like I am, do yourself a favor and stay away from them. They are just like cookies...

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
