Here's What -60 Pounds Looks Like!

Still only halfway to goal, but I'm really getting excited now.

First photo was 274, second is 213. Surgery was 4/9.

It's because I refused to keep bad photos and had to download pics from Facebook friend posts, lol.

You look amazing! My date is the 9th and I am starting around the same number. Thanks for the inspiration!

That's awesome. You look amazing! I am 4" shorter than you and 218lbs and I look nowhere near that great. Here's hoping!

You look amazing, it looks way more than 60 lbs I don't mean that like wow u needed more, I lean you did all the right things and 60 lbs less looks great on you! Congrats!

Very nicccccccccccceeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

Thanks!

My advice would be:

1. Do what your doctor says and follow your pre and post op diets carefully

2. Exercise (I'm currently doing Water aerobics 2x week' date=' 1 hour elliptical 2x week plus strength training 1-2x week)

3. Use a food/exercise tracker like MyFitnessPal

4. Say goodbye to fast food permanently

5. Stay away from Pasta, rice, bread and potatoes

6. Have fun and don't let stalls or off days get you down - they're just blips on the radar screen![/quote']

Thanks! :)

OMG! Can we trade bodies?? I want to look like that at 200-215 lbs! You look GREAT! I would have guessed you were much lighter. You wear it so well.
