  1. Hi all, I haven't been here in a while because I feel ashamed of myself. I feel like such a failure. I was sleeved on July 11 and have only lost 54 lbs. I cheat all the time and am back to my unhealthy behaviors. I started out at 271lbs went down to 217lbs and am now fluctuating between 217 and 222 lbs. I need to get back on track or else this was all for nothing and a big fat waste. Please help me get back on track!!!!
  2. Congrats to you all!!!!!!! The best of luck to you all.
  3. I did depo shots for 1 1/2 years and gained at least 50 lbs. I took them for medical reasons. If you have other options, look at them.
  4. Congrats!!!!! You look wonderful.
  5. It's very normal and common to have that pain especially on your left side. Your doctor had to stitch up some muscles especially on the left side. It's your muscle healing and it will take a couple of months. Hang in there. It's okay.
  6. I wish I would have known that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be so I could have done this a lot sooner.
  7. Fit into the gown when I go from a mammography!!!!
  8. Yes, whole grains are allowed and so is produce. The thing you have to eat is protein first. Always protein first, then produce, and lastly carbs. Don't worry about it, it's fine. you can really eat pretty much everything if your stomach tolerates it.
  9. I'm 4 months out, down 50 lbs and I'm still eating with my eyes. I put way more food in my plate that I can eat. It's a habit I have to try hard to break.
  10. Praying for your speedy and smooth recovery. Good luck to you!!!
  11. Those are great results. You should average a loss of 10 lbs a month. You're doing great. Everyone losses at their own pace. The slower you lose the better your skin will get back.
  12. I take Vitacraves by One A Day.
  13. I was also sleeved on July 11th and have lost 49 lbs. So your right on track. You should be losing approximately 10 lbs a month. Good Luck!!!

  17. Good for you. I'm sure you've worked very hard for "skinny". Congrats of your big weight loss.
  18. Your fluids don't only have to be water. Your protein drinks (Isopure RTD), soup, tea etc all count as fluid.
  19. You'll probably get in about 500 - 600 calories.
  20. Welcome!!!! You've come to the right place. Lots of wonderful and helpful people here.
  21. No heating pad yet. Ice pack for a couple of weeks then heating pad!!! Good Luck.
  22. Tell your friend that God gave us free will to do as we please. That said, he leaves it up to us to do the right thing. By that I mean to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. We shouldn't be critical of anyone nor should we be jealous of anyone. I sounds to me that she doesn't want you to get skinny and healthy for some reason otherwise she wouldn't be so hypocritical.
