Support System Or Lack There Of...
My husband came to all my doctors appointments and also to the pre-op and post-op meetings. I've printed out a lot of my research for him to read. He was just as prepared as I was when it was time for my surgery. He remembers things said in the surgeons office and meeting that I forget. I am so thankful for him.

Breads
I can have bread and it doesn't bother me. I try to keep my carbs at a low. If I do want a sandwich once in a while, I'll toast an Arnold Select Sandwich Thin. That's more than enough for me.

Cornstarch?
I really don't think that a teaspoon of cornstarch will be detrimental to your weight loss.

Eating @ 1 Month, 1 Week Post Op
I didn't eat the whole time I was in the hospital and when I came home I didn't eat much either. Probably a couple of spoonfuls also. It's very normal. It will get better when your swollen stomach starts going down and healing. Make sure you're getting your fluids in (Protein shakes).

Almost 4 Weeks Post Op
Congratulations on your 37 lbs. I drink Medifast dark chocolate powdered shakes. I make them with Water and ice and they taste like frozen hot chocolate. You can trace your Protein, fat, sodium, calories etc on www.Livestrong.com. The site does it all for you and it even calculates your exercise. As far as a multi-Vitamin, I take One-A-Day Vitacraves. They are gummies and are yummy. Take two gummies a day. I'm not sure about the green tea. I'm pretty sure it's okay. As long as it doesn't have any caffeine. Good luck.
