Cornstarch?

Hi, I'm 3 months out and I stir-fry quite a bit. I'm freaking out over my slight use of corn starch, because I follow a low carb diet. I use about a teaspoon in water to thick sauces. I just want to know if this is detrimental to my weight loss and if anyone else uses it.

I really don't think that a teaspoon of cornstarch will be detrimental to your weight loss.

You're fine! That little bit isn't going to set you back. Do you use my fitness pal to help you track your intake? It has really helped me to tweak recipes to bring down the crabs count per serving. :-)

Nah I haven't been using it, I'm so use to watching my intake, already but I'm definitely checking that out thanks!!

LOL damn Autocorrect. CARB count, not crabs.

I just looked at my box of cornstarch and it's 7 grams of carbs per tablespoon. So if you're adding a teaspoon it's low. What's your program's carb guideline? (i know some say no carbs where others say up to 50 grams a day is fine)

Anyway, I'm rambling... :-)

Your research and rambling is greatly appreciated. I keep myself on no carbs but lately I fell in love with stir-fry and started using it in sauces. Thanks now I won't freak out to much :):D

Much obliged, sir. LOL
