You're fine! That little bit isn't going to set you back. Do you use my fitness pal to help you track your intake? It has really helped me to tweak recipes to bring down the crabs count per serving

Hi, I'm 3 months out and I stir-fry quite a bit. I'm freaking out over my slight use of corn starch, because I follow a low carb diet. I use about a teaspoon in water to thick sauces. I just want to know if this is detrimental to my weight loss and if anyone else uses it.
