Head Games!

Ok, I'm 6 days post surgery and just started the puréed foods stage. I keep measuring out 3oz of my puréed soups and looking at it going 'there is no way that's enough!' Then I sit down to start eating it and after 2oz I'm satisfied and can't eat anymore!

My head is playing games with me!!!!!

Isn't it great!!

I'm 4 months out, down 50 lbs and I'm still eating with my eyes. I put way more food in my plate that I can eat. It's a habit I have to try hard to break.

I have a feeling I'm going to be "sharing" a lot of food with the critters around here after my surgery because I'll be eating with my eyes too...maybe I should close them?? Might help me listen to my body ^_^
