  3. I will be 6 weeks out on Monday. My doctor would tell you not to try couscous yet. It's what they call a sticky food. I know quinoa is high in protein but it also has 39 carbs per 1cup serving. With such a small stomach, you need to focus on getting in 80 grams of protein. I did try some soynuts the other day that were by Proti Diet and I chewed and chewed and they were yummy!!! There is not much room for too much else. You will have plenty of time to introduce those things soon. I stalled for about 10 days. It felt like an eternity, but I'm now losing again. There is not much you can do about it except to hang in there and be patient. Keep up the great work!!!
