You're looking great!...I hope your stall ends soon...sorry I can't offer any suggestions since I'm still waiting to hear from my insurance co. to see if they will cover the sleeve...if not, Mexico, here I come...my mind is made up that I am doing this with or without insurance!

I was sleeved on July 24th and Im down 47 pounds, Its is going so fast, I want to lose about 95 all together and I feel better, my stomach looks smaller but my face looks pretty much the same, I guess it comes off when and where it wants to come off. I have a dress belt I had in the Marine Corps and OMG is is small, that was 20 years ago when I could wear it, And I plan on it fitting again. I love the new life I have and can never thank my Dr Samuel Bledsoe in Alexandria Louisiana enough. :D

You look awesome! Congratulations on your loss so far, you are doing great! The stall will pass, they always do. Take comfort in knowing that during that time, even thought the scale is not moving, you are still losing inches!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
