9 Months Post-Op Progress Picture

Hey everyone, I found a old picture today and wanted to show the progress I have made so far. The first picture is from 4 years ago (I dont know how much I weighed in it) and the second is from this past Saturday. My highest weight was 360lbs, day of surgery I was 338lbs and I am currently 237lbs, I have been in ANOTHER stall which seems like FOREVER but I hope I will be able to get down to my goal weight.

Wow you look awesome! Keep up the great work.

Just a question, as i started around your weight, I am 4.5 week post op and have lost 18kg (39pds), but do you have much excess skin?

My arms and pretty saggy, but they were like that before I ever lost any weight. My stomach is a little saggy, but I still have a lot of fat in that area because thats where I carry the most of my weight. I want to take pictures one of these days and when I get enough guts maybe I will post them.
