  3. Hi all I am scheduled for my surgery on October 9 , I am 31 years olds with diabetes type 2 , hypertension and high cholesterol . I am mainly doing this bc I want to change the course of my life ... I know I am on the path down a dangerous road , I was diagnosed wih dm II after gestational diabetes with my son . I was about 220 when I became pregnant . I am nervous about the surgery but I am more nervous about dialysis in the future or any other number of complications i am headed towards .. Any words of advice is welcome
  4. I am a nurse too and I have other nurses telling me the same thing... It is upsetting but just try and brush it out the best you can
