Loud Noises

Almost 2 weeks out and my stomach makes the loudest noises I've ever heard; it scares my cat. And, I'm belching like a drunken sailor. Please tell me this goes away. I'm picturing being in a meeting at work and belching loud enough to get fired.

Also, I'm lightheaded when I stand for a while. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm not dehydrated so I don't know what's going on. I start pureed foods on Wed which is the same day I go back to work. What are some of the first things you ate when you weren't in the safety of your home.

Please help, I'm a hot mess.

My stomach does the same thing , I'm fact it's doing it right now lol ! I'm almost 5 weeks out and it only does it every once and a while . I so get dizzy but when i first stand up . I almost passed out a couple of times . I usually stick with bland food or something I have tried at home first when in public . Had a couple episodes of dumping syndrome at work and that was no fun !!
