Oh and full orange juice is far better a choice than friggin Cookies or ice cream.

Just make smart choices, don't repeat what brought you here. If you have to ask if its okay to eat, it probably isnt.

I've tried the sugar free slurpee at 7/11. It has an odd after taste, but it sure goes down nicely on a hot afternoon :)

My problem wasn't never Cookies and ice cream.. it was food..I still eat a few cookies every noe in then and ice cream sumtimes but I perfer yougurt..I think that's the mistake ppl make by giving everything up..I do things with moderation now and I do concider calories. I have lost 126lbs and yes I still eat sweets but not a lot..I'm still a human and I feel practice make perfect and I do kno if I cut all junk out my diet I would have lost 135lbs by now but I'm trying to do wat comfy for me so I can forever maintain a gud healthy weight..vgs save my life and I have no regrets..I luv my sergeon..without him I couldn't lok the way I lok..my dietition told me to not drink any oj but if I do I wil drink trop50 only once in a while.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
