Do any of you use a Bodybugg or device to measure the amount of calories you burn during exercise? How can I calculate what I burning daily?

Thanks!

I have a Bodybugg. I used it for a while until I got my routine down, it's a good tool for that. Fitbit does the same and I think it is a little less expensive.

I lost 30 lbs fat and gained 15 lbs lean muscle mass when i was using body bugg. It was sooo motivating. I dont like that you have to pay a subscription though. And that you cant connect it to alot of apps such as MyDiaryNet. I dont wanna double log my food. But its the only device proven to exactly measure calories burned during wake and sleep hours. I want fit bit bc it works with my app but i got reviews that its not very accurate. And body bugg was proven accurate by some US legal affiliation. I wanna say fda but not sure. I JUST read this. Trainers like bodybugg. BB dwnside: the skin underneath it doesnt get enough sun and so ur left with embarrassing tan lines. Not discreet and falls off slightly as u sweat.

Nalasmom...go to eBay and buy a 12 month subscription. I paid just $28 for the year for mine. And I only paid $50 for my bodybugg/Bodymedia band. eBay is our friend. Lol.

I just ordered the FitBit $99.95. There's no subscription fee all the tools online are free. In comparing all the stuff out there I think the FitBit does the most for the least cost.....food logging, monitoring excersie, sleeping patterns, etc. Plus it's really small and you don't have to wear a band around your arm :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
