Gastric Sleeve Experience And My Story.

Recommended Posts

Welcome to VST Andreas wow, sleeved in 2009. Almost a three year sleever, that definately makes you a veteran.

How long has your weight loss been stalled? Any idea why?

We've got a great community here. I hope you choose to hang around a while.

We seem to do a pretty good job of keeping each other motivated and focused on our targets.

Being a 3year veteran, I'm not sure how much advice we can offer, but we are really good at the support & community thing.

Congrats on the 127lbs weight loss! How long have you been at a stand still? I know sometimes it helps me to go back on the liquids (juicing) or homemade smoothies to help me restart my weight loss or if i'm feeling like I need to give me system a break. Just a suggestion not sure if you have tried it or not. I do it for about 7-10 days.

You're not that far from your goal so don't give up and you are still a success 127lbs is alot!! ;)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
