Hey guys!

Just wanted some advice about my aching legs, its mainly in the mornings when i get up. I was sleeved May 10, 9 weeks today. I take my Multivitamin and Calcium and of course Biotin. I get about 80 grams of Protein a day.

They don't cramp, they ache! Can any one suggest anything?

A little Yoga goes a long way. Ever since I started I rarely get any aches or pains in my joints or back no matter how much I exercise. As we get older we need to stretch out and Yoga is perfect for that.

I am 8 weeks post op today and I have the same problem. I was worried I might have a blood clot but it isn't a constant pain. I was thinking I need more exercise.

I'm having major leg aches too. I have trouble sleeping at night. I had surgery on April 27th and I just had a follow up with my surgeon last week and he said that it may have to do with the way the weight shifts after losng and how your joints realign. I don't know if I explained that correctly, but when he explained it to me it made sense. :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
