I'm still early into this at 9 weeks, but I know it's possible to change shoe sizes after losing a lot of weight. My feet aren't too big. I wear a size 7 wide, but I have bunions that make my feet wider. I never get to wear the really cute heels LOL :)

I dropped a 1/2 size and went from a wide to average width! The best part is that constant pain that I used to be in prevented me from wearing cute shoes and now - 95% pain free- I can wear just about anything! Something to look forward to for you!

my feet are definatly smaller. I was a 11 in womans and now I can fit anywhere between a 9.5 to a 10.5....so I am happy, even though they are still big for a woman.

YES!!!! None of my shoes fit now lol... I have three pairs that i can wear... sneakers, simple black sandals, one pair of flip flops. I really need new ones, but I needed some essential clothes more... things you can't buy used!

Im im a size 9.5w-10.5 depending on the shoe. Hopin my feet will shrink to like a.definate 9-9.5 that would totally rock!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
