How many calories are you all giving yourselves? Sleeved march 16th here. Down 20 lbs. band to sleeve BMi at sleeve 30. I am doing about 800-1000 daily. Been eating all day lately to keep metabolism going. How much protein you all getting?? I average about 40 daily.

I try for 800 cal/day. I always try to eat protein first to try to get to 80g/day. Don't always get there ;)
