  10. Hey guys i was just wondering if anyone here has reached there perfect body. What they envisioned from the sleeve. Just need some inspiration
  11. i didnt start gym till about 4 months out then i just started lifting weights last week and bust a stall i was in. Im doing low carb with a workout program : http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethin-12-week-daily-trainer-intro.html it works for me so far so im happy
  12. Hey Ian I think it's best to listen to your sleeve. The most important thing i found at your stage was water intake. When you move on to musshies and solids your fullness will be more pronounced so all i can suggest is eat slooooow. I've made the mistake a few times of forgetting to go slow and i didn't throw up but i had allot of discomfort. What worked for me was myfittnesspal.com and 6-7 small meals a day. Good luck on your journey
  13. damn i realise that when sleevie wonder gets hungry he gets maaaaaad. I havent eaten in 6 hours and my stomach is killing me. It's not ur average growl empty . It'smore like a screaming feeeeeed me !! Anyone else feel this?

  16. Hey guys It seems not allot of u show us ur scars in the healing process and i just wanted to share how my scars are doing so far. They have finally decided to go down from being puffy but there still very red and i've been using mederma and vitamin E oil but it's been a battle to remember to keep applying every few hours and i must admit there have been days where i've forgot totally. Anyway update us all with how your scars are healing
  17. I had severe type 2 diabetes and i was off my meds straight after surgery so I'm glad i did it. The best is not having to check my blood sugar every few hours. I still check it periodically but now I'm down to checking once a month!! So i'd say this was my best choice in life.

  20. Hey guys Thanks so much for the input I think I'm gonna start a 12 week program http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethin-12-week-daily-trainer-intro.html and see where that leads me. The way i see it , some complex carbs on weight days and zero carbs on cardio days would probably work out better from a theory stance but i guess ill have to see and experiment to see what works. Right now i've started cardio and boy do my muscles ache. I decided to take a week off from work to start this work out program so the lactic acid and delayed pain subsides and I'm use to it by the time I'm back at work. I also found something interesting on whey vs casien and supplement timings for lifting days here : http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/satternorton.htm I think we all just need to find what works for us. Im about 32 percent body fat and already have a good muscle structure but it's my belief that we lose weight much faster when cycling between low carb with cardio and higher carbs and lifting due to the thermal effect of building muscle and keeping it. Thanks again and i wish you all the best
  21. Yeah creatine is great http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mp/cee.html thats what i use.
