Hi!! I'm feeling pretty ok :) I still feel very weak and dizzy and can't be on my feet too

Long, and it amazes me how slowly I have to get around now. I'm still on liquids for another week and a half and have not been able to get any protein in :-/ so I don't know if that's the culprit... I'm going to buy the premier brand protein tomorrow as I hear this is one of the better brands. How are you doing??

Welcome to the loser's bench! :) We're glad you're here!

Weakness for a while after surgery is par for the course. Take your time recuperating, you've undergone a major surgical procedure. Welcome to the bench!!!

Welcome! This site is the best you won't go wrong posting anything.... Would love to know what was your starting weight? How tall are you? Where are you from? How old are you? And anything else you would like to add.

Congrats and welcome!!! I had my surgery on 4/20 and besides feeling a little bloated and a little tired, I feel good! I was in the hospital one day and I lost 1 lb. upon release. I am trying to stay away from the scale because I have found that (for me) the scale is my worst enemy. I have plenty of mirrors and clothes that will let me know if I am losing at a good pace.
