"IM FEELING SEXY AND FREE!!!! LIKE GLITTERS RAINING ON ME!!"

So today I am 4 months post op! I feel Amazing, im running and working out almost every day and I can't think of one negative in my life right now! Who would have thought that would be coming out of my mouth! lol

Im still not perfect in any way shape or form, but that is ok with me cuz every day im doing something to strive for a better me. Im down 61 lbs, and im only 26 lbs from goal... Im not tryin to hit goal quickly either, i want to lose kind of slowly because i want my skin to be able to bounce back, but i think im still doin ok in that matter because im gaining muscle so that i can off set the saggy skin as much as i can. But either way, I am really happy with the changes. I just wanted to share.. and give anyone that is in doubt a huge thumbs up to this surgery. IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER. And if you don't believe me... here are a few before and after pics.. now obviouly my journey isnt done but here are some pics taken just this week!

WOW! I hope I have these kinds of results. When did you start working out, I do not have the energy yet to really hit the gym hard. I can walk a couple miles a day and thats it.

WOW! You look awesome. I hope I can have these results. What is your workout routine?

You look fantastic! Congrats!!! What is your workout plan like?

Wow you truly look amazing can you share your experience with us

To everyone---- THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL COMMENTS!!!! IM REALLY WORKIN HARD WITH THE HELP OF MY SLEEVE!!!!!

To answer your questions ill give a low down.... I literally have been working out since one week post op. As soon as I could move ... I DID... I didn't wait.. I listened to my body tho.. if it hurt i stopped if it didn't i pushed just a little harder..

At about 4 weeks out is when I really started being active. I was at the gym at least 4 days a week, doing zumba, kick boxing, weights, and running. I will break down my actual schedule at the end.. but honestly I get in as much Fluid as i can to keep my skin as elastic as it can be, also to help flush out toxins.. and i take epsom salt baths to help but back in the minerals that i am missing. also it helps with muscle recovery... I RECOMMEND EVERY ONE TAKE AN EPSOM SALT BATH AT LEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK!!!!!

My work out schedule

Monday- I have a trainer.. we do ONLY resistance training.. helps tone muscle NOT build muscle!

Tuesday- Boot camp, weights and resistance training... keeping the heart rate up.

Wednesday- I run 6 miles

Thursday - Boot camp, weights and resistance training

Friday- run 3 miles, and hit the gym for weight training on lower body

Saturday- run 3 miles and hit the gym for weight training on upper body

Sunday- I rest!!!!!! (REST IS VERY IMPORTANT)

*****here is the thing tho.... if i don't get to the gym one day or dont run.. I DON'T FRET!!!! i just pick up where i left off the next day!*****

I highly recommend one of those apps to get you motivated.. i personally use NOOM.. and JEFIT.. so i can track my food, weightloss, and workouts. It has helped me stay on track.. and im not perfect, cuz i will randomly eat food i know i shouldn't or drink when i know i shouldn't, but i honestly think that if i dont let myself enjoy some part of REAL life.. im gonna go stir crazy!

I hope this helps some of you get motivated! I know you all can do it too.. just gotta be willing to push thru the pain... My desire for a better me OUT WEIGHS my desire to want to eat!

You really looked good before and now just a smaller good looking u! It does not look like you've lost that much weight.. That's crazy thr pic one was 61+ more than thr last pic! I can't even imagine 61# gone? I'm two weeks out and only -18! You must feel so different in many ways? Looks like u are enjoying the new you. I can't see -26 more as u look so small now but I hope you reach your goal just the same.

You're such a pretty girl,,the last pic is gorgeous. Congrats on your success and thank you for being such an inspiration.

Woman, you are an inspiration! Thank you for posting your pictures. You were beautiful before, though. I hope to have your success!

I'm really happy for you. You look amazing. Congrats.

You better werk girllllllll!!!!!! You look amazing. I hope I have those kind of results in 4 months. I'm still in the pre-op diet stage so I hope to be somewhere around 230-235 on surgery day. My stats are pretty close to yours in terms of where you started (I'm a little taller than you though) and I can only hope I see the same results!

Wow!!! So inspired by your post. Thanks for sharing :) Keep up the great work.

Gorgeous!!
