  6. But I just wanna share with everyone. I hate when you get close to someone on here and disappear. This person got surgery same day as me we have written to each other everyday for the past 2 months and suddenly she's gone. This worries me.

  8. Plain chicken breast. It's all I will be able to take in. Our new stomachs are small.
  9. This is normal. You get stuck for 3 weeks. Then start losing again. Start walking get ur body going.
  10. I drink while I eat. Small sips of water and eat very slow. No problems.
  11. You can still have coffee. Decaf. Enjoy!!!
  12. We all go through it!!!!! I went through it. I was sad too thought I would never eat again. I'm 2 months out. And I can eat whatever I want just very small portion. Don't worry it will get better. You will heal inside and ur will be easier to take in food. And eventually you will be able to eat food you liked. Also some foods you miss now when you try them now you don't even want them anymore. I loved soda. I tried it now and yuck. I loved mc Donald's fries I tried it now yuck. I'm eating healthy and not suffering like in the past I'm actually enjoy it. Only thing I eat once in a while that is not healthy is a slice of pizza (all I can eat and feel satisfied) its a great experience physically mentally emotionally. Soon you will be very very happy you did it!!!!!!! I'm down 26 lbs and feel awesome. You too will feel this way!!!
  13. A week and a half. And as you lose weight your sex drive goes up. Speaking from experience.

  16. Stuck on the same weight for a week and so. 15 lbs is what I've lost and nothing else. Sorta sucks. Just had to vent.
  17. I've had bread and I'm one month this coming Thursday. No problems.

  20. Big Kim. I'm the same as you. Try haggan daz sorbet that has helped me quench my thirst
  21. That's perfectly normal. I get those air bubbles too. Sounds like my stomach is talking to me. Eventually that goes away from what I've seen on here.
