I feel this post.. just what i needed to hear or READ.. ive been feeling like maybe my boyfriend loved me more when i was fat.. he cheated AFTER i lost weight.. i just dont get it

no 1000 EACH day lol.. Im gonna take it back down around 800 ish..

according to my fitness pal i had 1000 calories these last two days.. Im not sure if thats WAY too much. I dont want to under eat either lol HELP!

So my family.bbqed for the holiday yesterday. I was able to eat one hot dog over 2 sittings and a few beans. I felt like crying because I'm just so happy to not stick out like a sore thumb. my sleeve hasnt rejected ANYTHING..#happy

The carbs dont bother me bc that's likelu the ONLY carbs ill eat that day

Walmart! Or kroger!!!! Try it...great snack with lowfat organic milk

Thanks guys.. ironically I was at the doctor when this happened. My bp was 98/100 rather low.. ill try that 12 and 12 water thing

No bp meds .. have never had an issue with that.. just realized I haven't eaten today..could that be it?

So ive noticed that if I get up too quick I get extremely dizzy for a few seconds..WHAT'S GOING ON???

I remember days I'd spend 7 and 8 dollars and not be satisfied
