  9. It's wanted to give a YUM review real quick. I'm allergic to nuts and can only stand so much of the chocolate stuff. This bar is a few more carbs than I'd prefer (35) but its great tasting for pumpkin lovers (like me). Has 30g of protein and isn't as huge as other bars. I'm stoked!
  10. I just said a high protein, low carb diet and exercise. It's personal to me. If someone were to prod further, I'd tell them I had surgery, but most don't really care, and are satisfied if I tell them I'm dieting
  11. Great to hear- thanks for posting for him! Tell him to walk walk walk and we love him!
  12. I use fitnesspal as well. I always have my phone on me, so it's easy. My husband is on there and some people from VST, all of them are encouraging and care if I'm not on. They soon ask, where I am and stuff... Those caring people keep me on track with fitnesspal
  13. The loritab will make some people sick- especially if taken on an empty stomach... Which I'm sure u have... You can try drinking something and then taking it or liquid Tylenol
  14. Nope. Eating is miserable. I get kinda depressed because I can't sit and enjoy dinner or whatever. But I've learned to enjoy my family time
  15. I drink some water. Sometimes hot water. It makes me feel full-ish and I go back to sleep... But then I'll have to get up and pee... Can't win em all
  16. We have a different menu, but I still cooked for them. We are eating more nutritious things, like for snack, not ice cream but fruit or yogurt, switched chicken nuggets for homemade grilled chicken and kabobs. Just little changes to get the best food in them that I know how.
  17. I take 2, 2,500 a day, love my hair n nails!
  18. Yes, yes you do. The stomach changes but nose and mouth don't. I found myself wanting a McDonald's double cheeseburger and chic fil a quite frequently. And I want bread. I'd kill four midgets for some bread. But all that said, this is a test of some great will power!
  19. Mine was all over. It itched like all get out. I drank benadryl like water. It was odd cause it came on like several days after surgery. Idk what that was all about, but that's how it happened. If it gets rough, call the doc.
  20. My doc called me, but I made it clear I wanted first available. Just communicate with them and they'll do the best they can. People will drop out occasionally and your willingness will fill a void spot
