Where Are My April 2012 Sleevers?

M scheduled for my surgery April 26th and I was curious to see who else would be walking in the shoes of April with me. Tell me how you feeling? What's on your mind? Any worries? Second thoughts?

I so agree southerngirl!

@slimthickens, I have Tazo Organic Spicy Ginger Caffeine Free tea. It has a little bite to it when fully steeped, but don't be deterred by "spicy" in the name. To avoid overdoing it this early, I only let it steep for a minute or so.

I am going to have to add this to my shopping list of things to pick up tonight to take with me. Hopefully I can find it in one of the stores here. I'm not usually a big ginger fan, so hoping I like it. Go in tomorrow morning, 7am surgery time, Less than 24 hours and nerves are kicking in. Can anyone recommend any last minute questions to ask the surgeon?

Sleeved April 9th here. Still feeling strange, but better today!

I was sleeved on April 1st and today I really felt normal for the first time.

I'm glad you are getting back to normal.

Still at hospital! Had to have blood transfusion from my incisions. Going home tonighthopefully! Frustrated! Hopefully is will all be worthwhile.

Well hopefully once you get the new blood in you, you will be feeling back to normal & will be released and can recover in comfort at home! I'll keep you in my thoughts.

your HGB dropped that much from a few incisions?

I had an Insision that wouldn't stayed closed and was gushing blood. Had to change gown 5 times. Blood was everywhere! The dr stitched it and is better but hgb still dropped to 6.9. A pain but will give me energy in the next few weeks.
