  3. Yes, I definitely lost in my feet. Not only did they shrink in length, but they also shrank in thickness(which is prob why they shrank in length). Many of my old comfy shoes are simply too big now.

  7. I am a firm believer in listening to your intuition and inner voice. You know what you should do. Don't drag it out. What better time to think of yourself in a new way? Start fresh with the goal of taking care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. Let it go.
  8. I am o negative too. I don't think this is a concern. I have had two c sections and two other surgeries in various states and countries, and none of my doctors ever mentioned complications other than if the baby was positive.
  9. Three weeks? That has not been my experience. Mine started about 2.5 months out and is still going at 7 months out. It has slowed down now some, but it is still more than usual. My nutritionist said it usually goes until around 7-9 mos and then has a dormant period of a couple of months and then starts growing back. I haven't heard of anyone's not growing back though. I do so hope not.
  10. Great job! You look wonderful. You also look so much younger!
  11. Best wishes to you. Hopefully it will go smoothly and you will be back recovering in no time at all.
  12. I don't think so. I looked at the levels and they were comparable to BA and Celebrate. The daily dosage for the women's is two tablets per day anyway tho,but I don't think that taking four would be wise. Just my opinion tho.

  14. That's wonderful! You honestly don't look like you could lose anymore. You look great! Awesome accomplishment.
  15. I used it for about 6 weeks over the summer. The smell was driving my son crazy. It is strong. I don't think I saw any results, but I'm of a mind now that it's just gonna fall out for a while no matter what.

  17. No, it depends on your surgeon. I did not have one and was thankful.
  18. I am having hair loss. It started at month three and is still going now in month 5. I'm hoping it will slow and cease soon!
  19. Best wishes to you for a speedy recovery and short stay in the hospital.
  20. I was not on a preop diet either. I didn't have any problems. There are a number of us on here whose doctors didn't require them too. Good luck.
