Can I ask what your daily diet did/does consist of? Are you on a specific regimen of food or do you eat just anything but in smaller portions? I am only 12 days post op but I am trying to wrap my head around what I need and dont need to succeed and I am one of those that like to see it in writing from those that have been successful!
