Hey there Lisa..

I work for Starbucks and there are a ton of options. For everyday you can get 'skinny' lattes...they are sugarfree hazelnut, cinnamon or vanilla syrups with espresso, nonfat milk and no whipped cream.

And, it's VERY TOP SECRET...but when holiday launches there will be something very yummy and very 'Christmas' that will totally fit your need...I promise!

In the meantime...the baristas can totally customize something for you...just always stay away from whipped cream ;)

how about soy chai as an alternative to skinny lattes?

Not really your best bet...

For a 12 oz tall-

Skinny latte 90 cal, 14g carbs, 9g Protein

Soy Chai 170 cal, 35g carbs, 4g Protein

And if you don't want the caffeine, you can always get Decaf lattes. If you don't like the espresso in lattes, you can also get a 'steamer'. It's the steamed milk and Syrup.< /p>

I hope that helps!

I am with Carrie T. I get Decaf because caffeine makes me sick BUT i still loveeee coffee! I get a Decaf Skinny Hazelnut Latte as a treat (tall is plenty for me to enjoy as 2 snacks!) and its delicious. I am hoping they do something peppermint that is low cal/fat/sugar soon.:coffee:

I have a question about Starbucks. I love the chocolate banana Viviano with double protien and yogurt base. I can't get enough of them but I can't get specifics on them-sugar,calories, carbs can you help out for a 12oz cup. Thanks

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
