Ok so it was only in my back yard and in front of my hubby, mom and kids, but I did it!! A bikini top and 'boy' shorts (I think that is what they are called)! And when I walked past the sliding doors to the dining room, I had to walk back a few times to make sure I was really me! except for the scars on the tummy from surgery, I couldn't tell it was me! I wanted to cry! I purchased the top to wear under the sundresses that i got for vacation next week because I cannot stand to have my bra straps hanging out, and do not like the way the teens let theirs hang. I think that looks trashy! And at my age, I really do not need my bra showing! So I figured a bathing suit top looks much better! The girls may be empty sacks of skin, but they still need lots of support (c cup)!!!!!

Patti, that is so AWESOME!! so happy for you Since it's winter here, I haven't had the chance to do any kind of bathing suit, but I will come September!! So excited!! and you've given me hope that I can look normal in a suit too! Doing the happy dance with you!
