  1. Hey everyone! I know it's been ages since an update lol but I've been super busy. Recently I started my first "career" job since I graduated with my Bachelors and its all so new to me. I haven't been losing pounds, but I've been losing inches. I was discouraged until I tried on clothes I bought 3 months ago were falling off of me. My bra size was a DDD 3 months ago- I'm now just a D. I now can fit mediums- Larges and XL's are too big. The lose skin is starting to bother me alot now. I'm one of those people who has to use hand gestures no matter what and so watching my arms flop around like crazy is really uncomfortable and now my tummy does the exact same thing- weird thing is, I ACTUALLY have a nice shape under all the lose skin. I hope you guys/girls are doing good!
  2. That's so great! Congrats!
  3. I'm finding it hard to exercise as much as I use to! I also find it hard to eat my veggies as much. I'm a year and a month out- is anyone else having this issue? I started a new BC pill for my ovarian cysts and since then my body has changed so much- I feel bloated all the time. It's a mess!
  4. My surgeon had me do the slim fast diet - 5 shakes a day, one meal and at least 64 oz of water a day. I lost 13lbs during the 2 week pre op diet. I still have my diet info if you would like to give it a try.
  5. I totally have skin issues- My arms are soooo flappy lol. I've tried everything, skin tightening creams, work outs, etc... I really don't know what to suggest lol, but if anyone has suggestions I'm listening lol!
  6. Thanks guys! I finally hit 102lb lost last week! This week I'm at 105lbs gone! It's like my body went into reboot mode lol. I went shopping in the JR's section this past week! Yes, juniors I'm so happy I finally broke the stall. Here's a pic below!
  7. I haven't updated in a long time! I'm a year out and I feel great. I hope you all are doing well. I'm 1lb away from 100lbs down!
  8. Thanks everyone! @NJsharon- you will do great! @BKMama- your comment made me LOL! I love my sleeve family
  9. Awww thanks everyone for the lovely comments! Time sure does fly Diva! It feels like it was just yesterday!
  10. Thanks! I was 23 when I had surgery and I look back and I think, wow I looked 33 maybe older. Good luck on your journey! I think you will do great!
  11. Today I'm officially one year and 5 days post op. I've so far lost 98lbs. I'm so close to that 100lb lost it's crazy. The scale has slowed down alot but my body is changing soooo much. I'm doing about 1 hour of cardio a day and 30-45 minutes of strength training 3 to 4 times a week. I hadn't noticed how much my body had changed until I saw my surgeon today and he asked about my measurements. In the last 6 weeks my bust size went from a 38 to a 36 (I started at a 48I), and I went from a 14/16 to a 10/12. My shirt size was a 3X and now I'm in a large which is getting pretty loose. This was the best decision I could've ever made for myself. I hope that you all are doing great! Keep up with the weight loss yall! Here are some pics of me (before and after)
  12. Congrats!!!! Thats amazing! Good luck with you last 54! You can do it!!!
  13. You look great!!!! Congrats!
  14. You look great! You were very pretty before and you are still very pretty! Keep up the good work honey!!!
  15. Congrats! That must feel so great! I can't wait to be in a 38C again lol- I'm currently in a 38DDD- getting there lol!
  16. Good luck!!! It's very normal to be nervous. I'm wishing you all the best!
  17. Try and stick to the diet as best as you can. I know my surgeon was really strict he said if he opened me up and saw that my liver had not shrunk- he would sew me back up and send me home. I stuck to it- it will really prepare you for what's to come right after surgery. Is your post-op diet after surgery liquid as well?
  18. Congrats! Hope you guys have an awesome trip!!!!
  19. That trainer is just full of crap. Judgey McGee! I would definitely report him and get another trainer if that's what you are set on doing. I find what motivates me the most in the gym is my music. I make a new playlist once a week and it drowns out all the stuff around me. I hope you find an awesome trainer! Good Luck!
