Congradulations. I'm so jealous because I am waiting for my authorization from Kaiser to go down to Pacific Bariatric for my 1 day appointment. I finish my Options classes on October 26th so I am hoping to have my surgery before the end of January.

I'm scheduled for Dec 22! Really nervous! Hope I can do the 2 week liquid preop. I can't seem to stay on any diet these days.

I have been trying to get focused and eat more high Protein - low carb as that will be our way of life - but am finding it difficult as I am such a carboholic! But am doing better today.....
