Bummed!
I'm really kind of bummed lately. I've been doing quite well with my foods and exercise. I'm going to be 9 weeks out tomorrow. I started training for the Long Beach Half Marathon. I don't know what I've done, but the knee I had surgery on 19 months ago is worse than ever. I'm going to give it a few days rest before calling my orthopedic surgeon. I just hope this doesn't cause me any problems with my weight loss!

April Update from everyone
I was sleeved on April 18th. Surgery weight was 232. I've lost 32 pounds. I'm feeling good. My recovery was been ok. I feel guilty if I don't exercise everyday. I walk anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hrs a day. I have also signed up for a half marathon in October.

april 18th sleevers how r u??
I'm so sorry to hear about your complications. I, too, was sleeved on April 18th. I'm actually feeling really well. I have been walking 3 times a day from 30 minutes to an hour. It has been a lifesaver with the gas pain. Wishing my fellow sleevers a speedy recovery!
