  7. You look amazing. Can't wait to see you at our next sleeve meeting.
  8. I'm really kind of bummed lately. I've been doing quite well with my foods and exercise. I'm going to be 9 weeks out tomorrow. I started training for the Long Beach Half Marathon. I don't know what I've done, but the knee I had surgery on 19 months ago is worse than ever. I'm going to give it a few days rest before calling my orthopedic surgeon. I just hope this doesn't cause me any problems with my weight loss!
  9. Congratulations. You are doing an awesome job!
  10. That's great! It's such a great feeling.
  11. Way to go! Keep up the hard work!
  12. I was sleeved on April 18th. Surgery weight was 232. I've lost 32 pounds. I'm feeling good. My recovery was been ok. I feel guilty if I don't exercise everyday. I walk anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hrs a day. I have also signed up for a half marathon in October.
  13. Congratulations! Keep up the awesome work!
  14. Wow! Congratulations! NSV are just as rewarding as the ones on the scale.
  15. Congrats. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you in June.
  16. I'm so sorry to hear about your complications. I, too, was sleeved on April 18th. I'm actually feeling really well. I have been walking 3 times a day from 30 minutes to an hour. It has been a lifesaver with the gas pain. Wishing my fellow sleevers a speedy recovery!
  17. Congratulations! I'm so happy for you!
