You can drink anything you want as long it's not carbonated and you count the calories towards your daily total.

Kroger makes a diet Decaf tea that is amazing. They sell it back near the dairy. It is the BOMB!

My doctor only allows one cup of regular coffee daily so for the most part I avoid it and stick to herbal teas and I use a little agave in it. I've really got stuck on Peets hibiscus C blend its very good!
