Has anyone tried this product? Do you think it's lap band friendly?

I got some the other day, haven't tried it yet, it's in the freezer. I've got a feeling my nutritionist will want me to avoid it since she wants me to stay away from the wheat crackers (which were on my list of things I could have!).

I haven't, but I have eaten sprouted grain bread. The brand I have is Ezekial 4:9 which is found in the freezer section. It does not contain flour and has 80 calories per slice.

I found that it gets gooey and stuck. If I eat bread I toast whole grain oat slice or I a toated whole grade english muffin.

I've used it, and I like it. As far as being band friendly, while I have no problem with it, doesn't mean you wont. That is the nature of the band.

I did forget to mention that on the rare occasion that I eat my sprouted bread, I do toast it.

Thanks for the feedback. I am just planning head because father's day is coming up and we are going to be grilling turkey burgers. I think I am going to wait on trying breads and I am terrified of getting a stuck episode

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
