Freeking Period/water Weight

Recommended Posts

gosh am i the only one who gains weight during their TOM

i have been know to gain up to 10 pounds and there is not a blasted thing i can do....def distressing to me

and certainly puts a damper on a wonderful long weekend

and fyi, my eating was fantastic this weekend and i did not divert off my eating path so if anyone reading this ponders it was because

i overate somewhere, that is not the case.

again, just venting and bitching as it sucks to have a period and be bloated........

I'm sorry Princess you're feeling that way. I'd like to give you a big bear hug and squeeze it out of you. (((((PPB)))))

You are definitely not the only one, in fact, it is perfectly normal. Just keep on doing what you have been doing and keep your eye on the big picture. You'll be right!

Right there with you! I generally gain 2-5 lbs. during that time...no worry, it comes off again. I have been weighing myself daily for over two years since my band was placed, so it doesn't surprise me any more.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
