  3. Alex, Thank you for admitting that you have taken away our personal rights when we joined BP. Reading pm's? Seriously??? Nothing is sacred anymore. DELETE MY ACCOUNT!!! I don't want to be associated with this site anymore. I don't want my email address shared, I don't want my info shared and I sure as hell don't want you reading my pm's. Which part of PERSONAL don't you get???

  5. Please delete my account too. I left LapBandTalk many years ago when bullying got to be an issue and wasn't addressed. When I returned to the "new and improved" BariatricPal, I hoped I would find a source of information where intelligent adults could have an adult conversation. I was wrong. BP has become a business-not a source of discussion and support. The banning of several veterans, (without the courtesy of notifying them) is proof that you Alex have made a decision. Better to create a "safe space" for individuals than a true open forum. Have fun with your new world without experienced individuals willing to share a wealth of knowledge. Wipe my account clean. I'm too old for this crap Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  6. Sargento Ultra Thin Cheddar slices-cut in 1/4's bake at 350 until crispy. Drain on paper towel. Also, pistachios, almonds and Triscuit Thin Crisps with 35 calorie Laughing Cow cheese Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. I'll agree. They have the best customer service department I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I'm on my 4th Fitbit device (upgrades due to changing technology) and have had two stellar incidents with them. Fitbit Charge with the same issues as OP replaced at no charge, one week shy of one year warranty ending and last month, replacement of my Charge 2 because of charging problems. No questions asked, product replaced with no hassle. Wish more companies offered customer service like Fitbit! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  9. I don't get it. Why would you choose this kind of food for your first post op meal??? To repeat what most of the others have said, you still have an open incision line on the inside of your stomach. How can you think that this is a reasonable choice, and oh yeah, throw some liquor in too! Why did you bother having surgery? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  10. I met with my surgeon who placed the band and he recommended the sleeve since I have a Vitamin absorption issue. It was a no-brainer. I trusted his professional opinion. So far, no regrets. Almost three months post op Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  11. TruSource Protein Water. 80 calories, 20 grams of protein. I like the citrus one. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  12. Fruit infused Water. I can't tolerate the artificial sweeteners at all since surgery. I add frozen fruit and lemon or lime slices to water at night and let them sit in the refrigerator all night. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. 203.4. Didn't hit onederland but still the lowest weight I've been in 3 1/2 years. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. 205.6. Things went the wrong way this week. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. Revision went well. I'm a little over two months post op and learning to live a healthy life with the sleeve. I'm down 34 pounds since pre op diet started and 27 since surgery. I feel good! Still thrilled that I made the switch!!! No more stuck episodes and I'm almost to the lowest weight I ever reached with the band. I joke with my family that I'm entering uncharted weight territory and I'm going to run out of clothes to wear shortly. There is a big difference with full with the sleeve-I can't take one bite past the full sensation or I will be uncomfortable for hours. Haven't gone off the program at all at this point. No thanksgiving treats and no Christmas goodies but it's all good. Still amazed at how quickly I get full-there just isn't room in my tiny new stomach for non Protein. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. I start my day with a Protein shake made with Fairlife milk. I get 28 grams of protein to kick start my daily needs-13 from the milk and 15 from the powder. I'm always searching for ways to increase my protein without adding too many calories. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
