Okay...this has happened to me twice in the last couple of days. The first time I thought it was what I ate, but now I know differently.
Here is what is happening...I stop eating when I'm full and then the "full" feeling continues to build and build after I am done eating and then I am miserable...in pain miserable. Serious pain. The amount of food I am eating is not a lot.
I went back and read my paper work from my doctors office and nutritionist and it says stop eating when you are no longer hungry, not when you feel full. Can someone help explain this to me? I am pretty sure this is where I am going wrong...
Am I crazy that I do not know the difference???
