Hello, I'm just staring my journey. I went to my seminar april 28thand my first dr. Appointment was May 8th. I know I have a long journey ahead and would love a "buddy" to help me through. The whole idea of surgery is freaking me out, I just hope I stay strong and don't syke myself out.

What area of New York are you from? I'm from Central New York. Had surgery 11/18/11.

I am just south of you near Ithaca. Had my surgery on June 5th at Cayuga Medical Center. Glad to be a support buddy.
