Doctors office called me yesterday and finally told me my insurance has APPROVED my procedure! I started the whole process back in September 2011. Surgery is scheduled for August 27th. The one question I was asked and don't have an answer is- which band?! I have NO clue! I am Super excited! dionaw

Good luck, it does go by after the 2nd month, (forme anyways,) all downhill from there! dionaw

I use Optimum Nutrition and it has 24g (I think) I know it's up there, and use 1 1/2 scoops, so right off the bat I get 36g every morning. And they have tons of flavors but you can't. BEat chocolate! LOL dionaw

October 15th! I am shocked to say the least. My doctors office gets about 15 patients per month, they are trying to get more time in the OR, but that is my tentative date. So, 6 month diet ( insurance) and 1 more to finish up a consult, now another 5 months before surgery! So disappointed dionaw

I am the same way - I've obviously told my husband, and I did tell my best friend but that is it. I feel good about my decision but I don't want to hear from anyone dionaw
