How's it going??? I was sleeved April 15. I'm home. In nasty pain. Trying to do everything they said. I'm surprised the gas hasn't dissipated yet! How r u doing?

Hi all.. I'm looking for reassurance I was sleeved April 15, tonight is my first night home. I'm sore. Tender. And taking Percocet every 4 hours like clockwork out of fear pain will be too much to handle. Suggestions? Advice? Feedback??

I'm on day 9.. 5 more to go. I know I read more than once it gets easier after day 4.. But I disagree!!! Today was tough, I feel like I want to give up. (I have no plan or intent to do so) I also have a cold which isn't helping. My surgery is 04/15/14. Please tell me someone out there can relate?

I am 4/15/14... 7 days of liquid preop diet down... 7 more to go!

Was anyone allowed to eat sugar free fudgicles during preop liquid diet?

I can have up to three shakes/day But have only been able to get one per day down. I had some chicken broth. Maybe the decaf coffee is a good idea. Do you use that instead of water with powder?

I'm only at the end of day 2 out of 14... Any ideas to make this easier? Or to make it feel more doable?

I am freaking out! I am anxious, panicky and overall freaked out! My sleeve date is April 15, tomorrow I start the liquid preop diet - I feel so nauseous, stomach pain and awful which I'm thinking is psychosomatic! I am starting to think maybe I should just diet harder or try something else. I'm 38, female, 5 feet and weigh 300lbs! Obviously, I need to do this... Am I having cold feet? Please someone out there shed some light for me and validate how I feel?! Did other people feel like this?

I am April 15!!! Start Liquid diet April 1. I am so scared I won't have the energy to work once only on liquid. Should be interesting

Hey all, anyone else scheduled for April? Is there any interest in starting a group for support? Starting w the liquid diet ... All the way to a year later?!

When on the liquid diet... Can you drink coffee? Eat sugar free ice pops? Or anything? Will I have enough energy to still work full time, manage two kids (ages 5 and 7)..and not be a royal bitch on wheels lol?

Wow thank you for this post!! You look amazing and obviously have made a huge change for your daily life and your future! I am 5', 300lbs.. And for my date of April 15, yesterday. I've been very emotional, and seeing your journey really helped put things I to perspective for me today. Thank you for that.
