I'm very similar. In the mornings I only have a Protein shake for breakfast because my band is so tight it's all I can handle. By lunch I can eat but it has to be a rather light meal, nothing heavy

A can of green beans? I love that! Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't eat a can of green beans if you paid me, so for me, that's a great "test" of hunger!
For breakfast and lunch my band tells me when to stop when I'm comfortably satisfied. For dinner feels like I can eat, eat, eat with no "stop" signal!
Anyone else have this situation????
