  2. Welll my doctor told me to not do any abdominal exercises for at least 1 year after surgery and i will be taking his advice. But there are so many other things that you can do besides crunches. such as holding in your tummy while on the treadmill and other machines and walking. use like 5lbs or 10lbs weights and lean side to side or turn side to side even riding a bike can work on your tummy if you hold it in while riding. try it .

  9. I guess we all have had someone tell us something good but bad about ourselves. But guess what it has lead us to better days. We live and we all learn a lot. I once was told by a co-worker T. Williams you are a pretty girl why dont you lose some weight because you will really be pretty then. I thought that was funny but deeply i knew she was right. But i knew i wasnt finish with having kids and i didnt wont to take this journey to prefection and then mess it back up and have to start back over again so i am now done with having kids. I have four and my husband and i have decided that is enough so we both are trying to change our life style. I am doing this for me and not anyone else. I am just tired of being obesed. By next year i will be at my goal weight and that will be a great feeling.
  10. Congrats and keep on going to your goal of success.
  11. With your weight loss did you take any supplements or something or you was just strickly maintaining with the lapband alone.
  12. i always had big breast even before i gained all this weight. i gained almost 100lbs in one year. I was always small with big breast so i know dont matter how much weight i lose i am still going to have these big breast. I have been through a lot with my weight but now since i am done with having kids i am putting the focus on MEEEEE. I refused to let obesity take control of my life. I cant weight until my appointment.
  13. No problem I called this one doctor i know and he scheduled me in the month of August
  14. Thank you again. I am going to go for it will keep you posted when i have it done.
  15. Thank you for the advice. I would like to know would it make a big difference if i would only be 6 months out of surgery in october. I am scheduled for my first visit on 08/20/12 and i am so excited because my back is killing me. When i try to exercise it kills my back. I know that my insurance will cover it because i was pre-approved before but was scared to have it done.
  16. I had my lapband surgery on 4/25/12. I am seriously interested in getting a breast reduction in october. Is there anyone else out here who is considering or thought about having a breast reduction.
  17. thank you all for all the support and i will try each and every one of these exercises because i am determined not to sag.
